Neuro4all was born from a partnership between AEPM – Associação Equiterapêutica do Porto e Matosinhos and NeuroSentidos - Centro de Desenvolvimento e Reabilitação. This partnership aims to provide free access to intensive neuro-psychomotor rehabilitation/habilitation programs, focusing on the pediatric population.

Decree-Law No. 74/99, of March 16, approves the Mecenato Statute, which defines the tax incentive regime for social, environmental, cultural, scientific, technological, and sports patronage.

Individuals and entities, public or private, that provide monetary donations without any counter obligations of a financial or commercial nature can donate.

Candidates for this project must meet the following requirements: 1. Be users of AEPM/NeuroSentidos for at least 3 months; 2. Be regular users; 3. Be between 0 months and 12 years old (except for acquired conditions such as stroke and TBI* in the acute phase); 4. Children with rehabilitation/habilitation potential.
